When you configure SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, diagnostics.jsp might return an error similar to the following:

com.sas.analytics.ph.RTDMException: Malformed URI supplied for web service resource CIConfirmTreatment
         at
com.sas.rtdm.implementation.resource.WSClient.<init>(WSClient.java:97)

When this problem occurs, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager is unable to write contact history information to the Common Data Model.

This problem occurs when at least one of the following CCS resource objects does not contain the correct URL in the metadata:

• CIConfirmTreatment
• CIContactHistory
• CIResponseHistory

Follow the steps below on a machine that contains the SAS Decision Services Plug-in for SAS^® Management Console in order to correct the problem:

1. In SAS Management Console, navigate to the following directory:
   /System/Applications/SAS Decision Services/Decision Services NN/SASDSDesignRepository
2. For each of the three resources, right-click the resource and select Edit System Resource.
3. Change the WSDL URL to reflect your environment's middle-tier-machine-name:port.
4. Follow the preceding steps for the engine repository. Navigate to the following directory:
   /System/Applications/SAS Decision Services/Decision Services NN/SASDSEngineRepository.
